About our fees and your insurance

Payment, including insurance co-payment, is expected at time of service. We accept most insurance plans. If you belong to an HMO, please be familiar with their referral policy. We need a 72-hour notice to process referrals, forms and certificates; we cannot authorize referrals after your appointment. We'll help to arrange any tests or referrals with specialists outside our office.

Emergencies during regular hours

Call 610-776-4767 if you need to be seen the same day for an emergency.

Emergencies after hours

Call our 24-7 Nurse Line at 610-776-5400. Our on-call triage team will help determine whether an emergency visit is required. In life-threatening emergencies always call 911.
